During my stay in the Philippines, I was introduced to the great work and vision of Inner Core Dugukan, including Martial Arts, healing work and Art of Life. Through the teachings of GM and his loving support, I was able to further strengthen my body, meditations, and spiritual connection. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to be back soon.
